The food here is generally pretty good, considering that it's all you can eat. The sashimi and gyoza in particular are quite good.
It's cheap late night, and the atmosphere is nice. However, it's quite popular and crowded at night (I can see why, given the price).
Sushi Town has some of the best specialty sushi I've ever eaten. The regular stuff is okay, but the spicy tuna and other fancy rolls are very delicious. If you come here, be sure to order the fancy stuff.
The service isn't so good though. The last time I was there, they forgot one of my rolls. Also, they never came to refill my tea until I explicitly requested it. I felt sort of ignored.
Other than that, great food.
I've been to Le Pho Bistro several times now. Everything I've tried has been great, but I particularly like the vermicelli dishes. The prices are also quite reasonable (although I find this to generally be true for Vietnamese food). The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's usually packed around lunch time though, so it's probably best to go for dinner.
Definitely my favourite Vietnamese place.
