Ok, its not the cheapest place in Steveston. We went there on a Sunday and I decided to buck the trend and have lamb at a seafood house. It was excellent. The server was prompt and polite and had great knowledge of wine. My girlfriend had the Garry Point which she thoroughly enjoyed. Not a place that we would visit frequently (because of the cost) but we will be back!

I usually don't look at these review sites because i know that it is either the extremely pleased or the disgruntled (*cough see review under this one) that are most likely to post. Being an avid Kisamos fan for years I thought I would see what the 'consensus' here was after my last dining experience there.
This is my favorite restaurant in Richmond. I have been around long enough to know to go to Kisamos after 8pm on a Saturday to avoid the rush. I had the roast lamb, which was cooked perfectly and literally melted off of my fork. My girlfriend had the fisherman's soup. What a value for all of the seafood you get. We split a bottle of wine that was less than 30 bucks (yes we did walk home in light of the new driving laws). Overall an excellent experience, once again!
Two can dine and have wine for less than 50 bucks. What a deal!
My only critique is that the place might need some updating soon...
