It's a shame when a good cafe is let down by the terrible service of a particular staff member. As a local who, until now, regularly frequented this establishment I am disappointed that the constant rudeness experienced has forced me to take my business elsewhere. Honeyz is fortunate to be in a great town with a hold on the locals who enjoy the fantastic food baked freshly everyday. I have tried the doughnuts and was less than impressed as there was far too much baking powder (I'm assuming) in the batch. I have not been tempted to try another one so perhaps a little unfair of me to judge them. However, their muffins are wonderful and coffee is of a good standard. It has a good ambience yet I feel the staff have a dark cloud hanging over them preventing them from really enjoying their work and letting their pleasure in serving their customers shine through. A simple smile or friendly greeting goes a very long way. If you wish to part with your 'hard earned cash' you will not be disappointed with your food here, although personally I like to pay for the whole package.
