I have dined at Rockford Langley four times with different groups of people. We have always gotten poor service and when asked about the spice of one dish we were grossly miss informed. The food has always been hit and miss, good one day and horrible the next. When we attended the grand opening we were seated beside the kitchen to have a very rude and angry Executive Chef yelling at everyone that came by him. It was distracting and horrifying, I felt bad for the poor waitresses. I have also dined at the North Vancouver location three times and even though it was always very slow, I was still left waiting for my lunch. And each time a new General Manager introduced himself to me. Same with Langley, which answers the question of why they are so inconsistent. The concept is ok but the execution and quality is not there. I have given Rockford too many chances only to be let down time and time again. I honestly would not go back again, especially with other great restaurants in the Langley area. Sorry Rockford!
