I stopped eating sushi because of too many bad experience, but Leo (The head honcho) and his passion for the sushi he makes has restored my sushi love. I've never eaten sushi that has compared to the quality and freshness of the sushi here. It's a few bucks more than most other sushi joints, but it's worth every penny of it. A must try!

I used to come to this Mcdonalds once every couple of days for over 3 years, but recently I've come very infrequently do to a drop in customer service. I went in a couple of days ago around 5am while I was on my way to work. The 2 employees were standing out front of the store smoking, and made me wait at the till until they finished their cigarette before they actually served me. He then rings me in on the till, and the proceeds to make my food, and at no point washed his hands... After standing on the street corner smoking... If it wasn't for the fact I was in a huge rush to get to work (which became worse because I had to wait for them to finish their smoke) I would have called him out right there at how disgusting that is. I then come in today deciding to give them another chance, and to have a quick word about that with the Assistant Store Manager. She did a very poor job of making me feel like anything would get done about it and just told me a couple times, "I know who they are." Leaving me standing there thinking, "Well, why don't you do something about that." So I get home with my food, and look in the bag and realize not only did they over charge me, but they gave me the wrong sandwich to. I walk back to the Mcdonalds, and talk to the same Assistant Store Manager just saying that all I want is the dollar or so back, and the correct sandwich. (Which I thought was a reasonable request) She just cut me off the couple times I tried to talk and made me feel like all I've been is a huge hassle in her day. It is now very clear to me why the customer service has plummeted when this is how I'm treated by the ASM. I'm a very calm person and I don't really care that my sandwich was incorrect, but I was offended at how they made me feel when I was being nothing but reasonable.
Then on my way out of the Mcdonalds, I'm stopped by a thuggish looking guy trying to sell me some CD's who then walked beside me down the block trying to get me to go into the TD Canada Trust to get money out and give it to him... I can't believe they just let this guy sit inside the store and try to get people to by stuff off him.
I'm a Starbucks Supervisor, and I'm really just blown away at how bad this Mcdonalds has become.
