All the reviews i see on here that are ABOVE two stars i now have HUGE suspision that you are either the owner/friends/family of this small pho shop.
After seeing the reviews on this site i decided to come to try, and yes, attempted to come 4+ times all closed, so finally today i finaly get to see the hype.
Huh? Hype? I DO NOT understand why this place got reviews about 2 stars... Ordered a Club House Pho, and a Rare Beef Pho, soup base the some (obviously), and a Deep Fried Tofu. Soup was clear, but tasted more like a funny water than a NICE bowl of Pho, i needed alot of hoisin sauce to make it even palatable. Alot of meat (ALOT!) but the rare beef was too rare (or too cold) or the soup was not hot enough because it didnt cook all the way through when i left meat in there. Even after the last bite of noodles (which were terrible) the beef was not NEARLY cooked all the way through (btw i dont mind eating raw beef and stuff but i think people should have an option on the doneness before they decide to eat their beef... i mean instead of raw and slightly less raw.) But i have to admit, the beef was pretty juicy and yum... The first few anyways. Noodles were average (average as in instant noodle average). No extra plate of bean sprouts :c, no tea, no water (well i never asked for it but i mean its pho... i think they should just serve it.)

Now to the tofu. For $2 its a decent price for the 3 fried tofu's we got. Sauce on the bottom was good, presentation was nice (odd actually. Using stacks). Taste was good. But you can really mess up fried tofu lol.

Aside from the food ambience was okay. Like another review said, its like ikea. Service was solid, but probably only because its a small restaurant and we were the only ones there.

So let me remind all of you reading. If you are looking for PHO, do NOT go here, soup is tasteless, meat was eh, although you get alot of meat theres no balance, noodles boring. If the only reason it tastes like this is because there is no MSG i dont give two @!#$ because this taste is absolutly terrible.

My friends told me about this place and i gave it a try
ordered 2 snacks and a bbt
my friend ordered the same two snacks and a bbt
our bbt came first.. so far so good cups kinda small and the bbt was a little under average and our first hint of bad service was that we asked for no ice. and yup you guessed it we all got ice.
my friends snacks came first. BUT WAIT! how do we eat these dishes? they havnt provided us with our utensils and we end up waiting 5 minutes for them so we can dig in.
my two other friends meals came and i was still waiting for the exact same snacks that my friend finish. i decide it is taking a bit to long so i give them a reminder.
yup they forgot. they quickly came out with my food. OH BUT YET AGAIN. they only gave me my second snack! where has my first snack went to?
yes they forgot.
and i tell them to cancel it because i am in a bit of a rush at this time.

since my friends said it was good i decided that day was luck.
i decide to go again with different people.
same service. but this time they did not forget my order.
they just forgot what the foods are called.
i ordered a brochette and got just garlic bread.
theres more but then i only know the names in Chinese so i cant really say them here.

the waiters are shaky the chefs don't know what they are doing the bubble tea is very very average. and for what price? 10-20$ and a big waste of time and stomach room for much more delectable food
just do yourself a favor and just dont go stick to the other BBT cafes like GOGO, estea, well tea, etc. All located in richmond not to far off from K2 the place where i got one of the worse experiences ever.
