All of the kitchen staff were clean-cut, working super-hard. Meals were amazing as well as service. Seated right away, waitress took our orders and we had our food within 15 minutes which, personally, is excellent for a restaurant during hockey-night. All of the staff seemed to be enjoying their nights with smiles all around. Overall Earls is by far the best restaurant in Richmond to dine at, by far.
