White Heather Tea Room1885 Oak Bay Ave., Victoria
Red Hat High Tea....The Scarlet Brimmers Chapter, Victoria May 14,2010
Submitted Friday, May 14, 2010 - 7:10pm [Dine in]

I enjoyed being at the White Heathers today for a wonderful, plentiful array of decandant sandwiches, scones (2 varities) with the cream, jam and lemon .Not to be outdone was the great deserts, these were shortbread to die for, little tarts, chocolate pound cake with just a hint of mint frosting. The tea was Earl Grey and Mad Hatter, what great tasting teas and plentiful, these ladies kept the fresh tea coming.
The service was beyond expectations in their crowded tea room of hungry patrons.
The room had a very homey feel to it, a wonderful tea pot quilt graced one of it's walls and there was so much to look at....many tea displays and anything tied in with teas.
The price was so favorable that we would visit again as this was my second time there. I've been to the Fairmount Tea in February and have enjoyed that too, but the White Heather's wins hands down. I give it a full 5 stars, if you want a great experience, then set aside some time and nourish your body and spirit.....see you there sometime!
