Submitted Friday, July 22, 2011 - 2:11pm [Dine in]

atmosphere: great view and water, great for dates or picking up.
food: excellent. the portion is good and not too pricey. Speialize in fish/.
cons: maybe it's just me but the music at the bar is a bit too loud for the people in the dinning hall... I want to start a conversation and sometimes its tough talking em up
drinks: great full bar menu with aeptable markups

I love this place
Submitted Friday, July 22, 2011 - 2:07pm [Dine in]

even though they are getting really expensive I love this place. I Love this place! I had been before and had a great time, so i brought a date for dinner and dessert last Saturday....what a blast! Earl's' definitely gained a more regular customers that night! The girl was very happy and came over afterwards, the waitresses were clearly foreign beauts imported from somewhere pretty and I loved their steak and wine. Everyone should attempt the meat platters, and anything off the martini list (love the Aretha). They do in fact have some policies everyone may not agree with, but ive never had any trouble paying for the great service and eye candy entertainment!!

Some important elements missing
Submitted Friday, July 22, 2011 - 2:04pm [Dine in]

Medina's webite promotes with many interesting positive reviews from various publications. I get the feeling that these reviews are from a while ago, because I have eaten authentic food and it is much better than anything I had here. I had the crepes which were too garlicy and salty, I tried the dough which texture wise was bad but also very salty. The whole breakfast was very boring. The whole meal in fact was about as exciting as eating in a cafeteria, luckily the company was good. As pretty as my morning after date was it is always good to find some cute patrons or leggy waitresses. None of that here. Thats not pleasant! The waitresses here were in a rush and not dressed cute. I guess I will have to look elsewhere to fill my craving for real gourmet breakfast, oh and by the way to quote from my breakfast companion: " I wouldn't say it was bad but, there is just no reason to go there"
