Highly Recommended, great value, late night must try

I was convinced to give this place a try yesterday for late night as I am not really a fan of all you can eat but I am sure glad I came here. This establishment offers one of the greatest Japanese late night menus I have come across in Richmond. The menu has a good range of sushi and to well cooked bbq and grilled food. At $13 you are getting tremendous value. I pay more and get less in some fast food joints. The food is very very good for an all you can restaurant and a lot better than the ones that I have been to. The teriyaki can be a little bit salty but that’s fine.
The service for this restaurant is also a major plus for an all you can eat. At the price that you are paying for the menu you are served almost like a king. My needs were well anticipated and I even had bottomless tea with tea filled constantly. I saw how busy this place got; and you get speedy yet efficient service and I think one of the requirements to work here is to have been a track meet star and it looks like the manager himself must had previously been in track and field.
The decor of this restaurant is spectacular and you get the feeling of a higher end restaurant. The tables are spacious and the view is awesome looking outdoors. The drawback is the wait when it gets busy but for the price they offer it’s hard not to expect some waiting. This place has changed my concept of all you can eat and I will certainly be returning on a regular basis as I have found a new favourite. Full marks well deserved.

Mui Garden is my favourite for its Hainan Chicken on rice which is the signature dish of this restaurant. The rest of the food is also pretty good and the portions are exceptionally huge which makes it such a good value. The ambiance needs a little work as I think its dark and damp the restaurant could need some lightening up. Its getting old. Service is ok and I would still recommend this place.

Being a hardcore all you can eat fan in Richmond I would have to say that Aji Taro is one of the dirtiest restaurants ever. I came into the restaurant in a group of 5 and the cleanliness didn't make me feel all that comfortable. The tables are filthy so I have to think twice before even putting any of their food into my mouth.
