A friend booked this restaurant for dine out Vancouver. After we got sitted, the server came over and "warned" us we should better get their "buffet" menu instead. I went to check and it was just peas and rice, very regular food. So we went with the dineout menu of $28.
The server had trouble taking orders (we guess he didn't used to take orders since many order the buffet). Not even mention the unhappy look in his face, showing that he didn't like to work there. And the food came. The bruchetta was on a sub bread with raw tomatoes and un-melted cheese. Then the main course with chicken had only a piece of chicken on top of under-cooked rice, on a 14" plate. We had to ask the server if something was missing on the plate, no vegis, no sides, he said that was it. And dessert was even more ridiculous. The "brazillian pineapple", which is grilled pineapple. Nothing special.
If you are there just for the dancing girls, maybe it's a place for you. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommand you waste your money and time.

My partner and I live around the neighbourhood and went to try this one day. Even though it's a small family restaurant, it was a great experience!!
From the decoration to the service to the food, this place is MUST go. We didn't know much about african food so we asked the server to suggest what to order. The server was very patient and knowledgeable. So we took her suggestion and I believe we got a green curry fish and a lamb curry plate. The food was fantastic! It also came with 3 other side sauces.
After we finished, the owner went to talk to us. She was friendly and nice. We felt very personable and welcome in this restaurant.
We will definitely go back again!

My boyrfriend and I were looking up reviews on this website and found this little Greek restaurant! As we were driving down the quiet area trying to look for this restaurant it feels like an adventure. The restaurant is really in a dead end like a small paradise.
When we walked in, we waited a few minutes before we got our seats. The greeting was fine and our server came to take our orders promptly.
The interior of the restaurant feels like a huge warehouse with spot lights. It was a little different but interesting.
Our food took a while to get ready (more than 20 minutes) but as soon as the plate comes, our eyes were wide open. We ordered a platter for 2 and it was a large plate of all different kinds of meat and potato and rice and bread. We lvoed the food! We both thought it was actually worth the wait!
I believe we will come back again.
