a hidden jem. Great sushi and one of vancouvers oldest sushi restaurants I believe. Try the spicy salmon anything and the spicy dynamite. Never had a bad meal there in 5 years. The decor might not be much but don't be fooled. Family owned, solid pricing and consistently great sushi.
Crema makes some of the best coffee and specialty drinks in all of vancouver.Their specialty drinks (lattes, espressos, etc...) are incredible. Although the sandwiches can be a bit pricy for the value, they are made fresh and consistent in taste.
Ambiance is great and just across from the ocean. People watching is always fun especially on sunny days. Tables and chairs make it so that you never want to leave. Staff are knowledgeable and all the baristas have to earn their time behind the bar.
If you are looking for an incredible and authentic coffee house experience, go to crema.
great eats and very hot waitresses! I would recommend this place for any time you need a good solid stomach filler. Great atmosphere when the canucks are on tv and it's usually pretty busy the rest of the time so that must say something. Bartenders are fun and waitresses are "cactus club/earls" level. I'd reccomend the prawns, pizza or chicken burgers...
