The staff seems perpetually slow and confused. Their english skills are extremely poor, and customer service is simply not a priority. The smoothies and food are okay, coffee is abysmal. I always feel unwelcome somehow there, perhaps because of the rather specific crowd it attracts. Such a promising concept and location, but I wonder if it will ever live up to its potential.

A change of management in 2008 saw marked improvements in service and quality of coffee and baked goods. The atmosphere remains comfy and relaxed, with local art installations frequently being refreshed. Probably my favourite place for coffee on the Drive, and it deserves its many good reviews. Always great music here.
