my worst experience was on a Sunday during dinner rush. yes its busy so i had no problem being patient. i saw on the list that there were 4 tables of 4 ahead of me while i was waiting to be seated for a table of 6. i was told that it would only take 25min - 30min which was no problem until after waiting nearly 40min they started to push in tables of 2. it was very frustrating because i was next and the 3tables they used were side by side so yes IT COULD'VE BEEN FOR ME. once seated they gave us tea that was barely warm and took a very long time to take our whereas tables that were seated after us had received their food. they also forgot about our miso soups so i had to remind them. not long after, the waiter came out with a tray of food asking if we had ordered the platter of sashimi because he was pretty much too lazy to check himself. the next 15min he gave us plates of food that i had to tell him over 3 times that "i did not order that". after this he became very irritated wtih me and he showed it when he accidently spilled soup on our table while trying to pick up the finished udon bowl without apologizing. he did this twice. ive been to this restaurant about 5times and although it seems to get worst and worst. this by far was the worst experience. ive learned my lesson. if you want to eat out, go to sushi california. food comes out much quicker, in bigger potions and service is 5stars compared to this place.

wow where can i start? the deep fried spring rolls are delicious. the shrimp salad rolls are always fresh. the pho is to die for. the rice entrees are terrific while the service is fantastic. the place is clean and booths you get to sit are nothing but comfortable. oh and of course my favourite.. deep fried banana with icecream.. just thinking of it makes me wanna go there RIGHT NOW! if you haven't eaten here yet, this place is something you can put on your "to do" list. i would definitely recommend to pho lovers & for those who havent tried vietnamese food yet.

PS: this place IS better than bao chau because at least when you eat at pho 66, you'll feel like you matter as a customer or friend.

well this was one weird experience. i admit im pretty young to be on sites like these but i just love food. sure the food was not bad here but i hated the attitude/service given towards me and my friends just because we're high school students. sure we're "young" but damn honestly it doesnt hurt to give some respect to your customers. geez i couldve just buses up to Pho 66 instead which is only 5 min bus ride away. =) i'm never going back there again.
