Food was good, cannot complain here (apart from the portion sizes). Sushi rolls and sashimi were excellent, calamari and tiger prawns too were very good.
But everything else... Well... This place is too crowded. Tables are extremely close together. May be they should change their booking policy, and not overbook? It is also too noisy, music is too loud. No wonder waitress got our order all wrong. Though I don't know what took them so long to bring our order, definitely not loud music, but may be over-crowding again.
This restaurant has an ambiance of a pub with a price tag of a fine-dining place.
Cannot say anything bad about this place, though cannot say that it is outstanding. Just average. Food was good. Though salmon nigiri sushi was a bit too dry, like it has beeen prepared in advance and been sitting on a counter for some time. But spicy tune sashimi was very good.
Cannot complain about their service either. They were prompt and friendly.
Overall nice place.
Food: ordered cajun calamari. It was the worst calamari I've ever had. Calamari rings were tough like a piece of rubber, coating was all soggy with oil. And why do they think that cajun means a lot of coarsely cracked black pepper? Main dish was some kind of pasta with smoked salmon. Not so bad as calamari, but way to greasy and oily.
Service: Service was incredibly slow. We reserved 3 hrs for this dinner (with little kids it is a maximum that parents can allow for own entertainment ) and spent all this time and more waiting for our orders, didn't even have time for desert.
Ambiance: nothing interested. Small rooms, tightly packed with tables. Dim light, so you cannot even see what colour your food is.
Value: absolutely doesn't worth the price.
