I've been to this restaurant several times throughout the last 2 years or so. I used to believe this was one of the best HK cafes there is in Vancouver in terms of quality. I understand there's a change in ownership (twice?). And every time I realize a drop in quality....most significantly the change in ownership 2 weeks ago. Rumors says that it is from the owner of another HK Cafe called California...which has always been poorly managed. The menu changed, the price changed...and certainly the quality has significantly drop when I went there last week. Will I go back again? Probably not.
