This restaurant is hard to get in to on the weekends. You must make a reservation. The food is very good. They come close to Kirin in some dishes but they out perform Kirin in the way they prepare seafood. They are creative in their "special / feature" menu which is the smaller menu on the side of their usual menu. Like all chinese restaurants, it will get a little noisy when the tables are filled. The tables are usually filled between 6-9pm. I would suggest the crab done in the "golden sand" style. It is unique to other places. This restaurant is not your everyday "sweet and sour pork" joint. I suggest that you go with someone who knows how to order Cantonese cuisine.

Kura has been around for many years. The offerings are extensive compared to many other places in the hood. They are under staffed and the sushi bar is really inefficient. You will need lots of time and patience. The food is good. I didn't leave a tip and I hope they got the message! I would go back when I am not in a hurry and not overly hungry!
