We frequent Aberdeen centre, so, on a day when there was no lineup, we decided to see what all the hubbub was all about. The cream puffs are decent, but they are nothing to write home about, and they always seem to be out of all the flavors except for the original. As mentioned by other reviewers, they are on the expensive side for a pastry that costs little to make.

We stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago because most of the hot pot places on Alexandra were packed. It turned out to be a good choice, as this is one of the better, if not the best, hot pot places that I've been to.
The food was very fresh, unlike some other places that give you frozen meat that's stuck to the plate, and veggies that are alomost off. The soup base gives the cooked ingredients so much flavor that dipping sauces aren't really needed. The decor is nice, tying into it's Mongolian theme. The service was good - somewhat better than what one would expect from a Chinese restaurant in Richmond, although I would certainly say that this place is really geared towards a Chinese clientele. The only thing stopping me from going more often is the price. Your wallet will be a lot thinner after dining at this place; however, the food more than makes up for this.
