We order pizza here nearly every Friday night. It's a tradition. When we first moved to Pitt Meadows from d/t Vancouver in 2006 we ordered pizza from everywhere - Kors, the big guys and then Papa Leos.
The pizza is good but the ambiance is mediocre unless you're a teenage boy. I'm not so I always get my pizza to go. What's an added plus is the video store next door. You can order your pizza, pick out a movie, then get your 'za to go. If only Pitt Meadows Video and Papa Leos would partner up!
Call me nostalgic but if I was alive in the 50's I would love this place. It's a diner so expect burger's and soda's with a wrap around counter to saddle up for a good cuppa joe.
I've been here 4 times over the last 1 1/2 years and the last time we took my sister, brother-in-law and 3 kids (ranging in age from 6-16 years) and we all had a great time. Kids get a free icecream!
Great prices and a fun place. You'd want to go here before going rollerskating or bowling.
Came here for lunch and was a little surprized that I couldn't order a glass of wine. Food and service was great though. I would recommend this place for a quick bite to eat.
On a side note, there is a boardroom in the back which looks like it would be great for business meetings.
My husband and I went here for lunch on New Years Eve and were promptly seated by the fireplace. Great! I ordered a Bellini which was great and my husband ordered a draught beer, not a full size pint. Our waitress was quick with the drinks although it wasn't quite busy at the time.
Our food was quick, about 10 mins after ordering. I had the vegeburger with a salad, which was an original vegeburger - you know, the good kind with pea's and corn. Yum! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with fries and when it arrived he was a little doubtful that it would taste good. They really good work on presentation however he was pleasantly surprized and it tasted great.
Our waitress came back several times to clear glasses, refresh drinks and was generally pleasant and seemed a little green but that's okay. She did a good job.
The restaurant itself is brand new and welcome addition to Maple Ridge. Casual. Friendly. Good food. What you're really getting for your money here is a classy, fun place in Maple Ridge. You don't have to go to Vancouver to experience this which is nice. I would classify it as similar to an Earl's or Cactus Club. Enjoy this place.
