I had the Spicy Seafood Linguine for $19 and shared dry ribs $10.
Linguine was excellent with just enough spice to make it interesting.
there was a huge prawn on top, but I found it too chewy. I'd prefer a few smaller prawns.
the dry ribs were very average.
Nice ambiance, but not good value in my opinion.
I've been eating at Martini's for a few years and, trust me, they have the same owner, management as they've had for years.
I've tried lots of menu items over the years. The food is tasty and great value.
I like their lasagna and chorizo pasta. It's the best lasagna in the city if you ask me.
When I'm hungry I love the steak or ribs specials.
The burger is awesome and comes with lotsa fries and salad.
I've never eaten a bad pizza here.
Staff is always professional and courteous.
Ambiance is casual and cool.
Almost forgot to recommend the apple pie!
The food is very good, but not great. Excellent portions all around.
Tried the calamari and chicken and beef souvlaki plate.
Calamari was crispy, tasty.
Souvlaki was tender and tasty. Better than average for sure.
Rice and greek salad were okay. Nothing special.
Potatoes were tasty but I prefer crispy outer shell not soft.
The place was sooo loud. It was full and busy.
If you want a pleasant conversation forget it. We had to talk pretty loud to be heard at our table of four.
Finally, it was too dark. Minimal lighting in this place made it difficult to see. I wouldn't call it romantic either. The candle on the table made little difference.
Service was quick, friendly and efficient even with a full house.
Excellent value for better than average Greek food.
This is a small, diner-like place.
Food was good. Miso ramen w pork was nicely flavored and nice size bowl -not too big or too small.
Gyoza x3 was nicely pan-fried just like mom's.
Great deal for $7.
Server was pleasant and quick. Tea refills were prompt.
Food arrived quickly too.
I'll be back to try more of the menu.
I got the fatburger. Just a really average, run of the mill burger.
Nothing special at all. No special toppings without paying more.
I assume it's not a frozen pattie so it doesn't feel like fast food, but for the money there should be some special toppings available.
Fries are average frozen fries.
Ambiance is like A&W.
Service is ok. order at counter and they bring it to you.
Not great value overall.
I ordered beef dip in the early afternoon. It's about $10.
In the evening they charge $2 more.
The server charged me $12. When I pointed it out he wasn't apologetic. Changed the bill and came back. I think he said sorry, but he knew that I'd caught him. What a jerk.
I didn't tell the manager but I probably should've.
Be sure that you check your bill at this place.
The food was good. Tender beef, but the dip was too salty.
This white spot desperately needs a makeover. The fixtures and furniture are old and ugly. The layout is claustrophobic and tight.
Feels like a really old diner, not a white spot. I'm sure they're planning a redo soon. I hope anyways.
My table was crammed into a tiny space where customers come to pay w debit cards. Uncomfortable and annoying.
The food and service were good.
I had the brunch. the bacon was espec good.
Service was prompt, polite and efficient.
I like red robin burgers. they have generous portions.
The new beef dip, however, is pathetic.
Tiny amount of beef that doesn't come close to covering the bun.
Plus the jus is too salty.
The beef dip at white spot is far superior. The meat is stacked high and the jus is perfect.
The place is a little too loud even for a family place in my opinion.
This place is great value.
I had the special combo for $9.50. It had:
-chicken and beef teriyaki with great sauce.
-tuna and salmon sashimi, fresh and tasty
-miso soup w tofu, seaweed, dried tofu, green onion
-tempura w prawn, carrot, zucchini, broccoli, crisp and clean
-rice
-orange slices
All tasty and fresh. I was stuffed and happy.
I've had the tempura soba which has a great broth.
I recommend.
