Possibly the best Indian food (and naan) I've ever had in Vancouver. The food was very tasty, spicy, but not too hot, so I could really taste the food and the flavours. The portion size was pretty good; I was certainly full, but not bloated.
The service was fairly good, too. Very friendly staff who seated us promptly on a rather busy Friday evening. Attentive, too, as my water glass never went dry.
Very enjoyable dining experience.

This is coming from someone who is Chinese and has plenty of dining experiences with fine Chinese cuisine, so do take this review seriously. As a typical HK seafood restaurant style, when you order live seafood, the restaurants would usually take the live fish/shrimp/crab out and show you the real thing before they sent it to the kitchen. Tonight, we ordered goeduck, abolone, and king crab. The king crab was shown to us, and the waiter told us it was 8 lb. We wanted the crab done 3 ways, which is the exactly what we'd just had 2 days ago at a different Chinese restaurant. Okay, I think we only got one half or maybe 2/3 (at most) of the crab shown to us. The taste was decent, but part of that king crab definitely did not make it to the table. When you go to Sun Sui Wah next time, make sure you are not paying something they show you but something you actually get at your table.
