Anducci's Italian Kitchen9604 Cameron St, Burnaby
don't bother, anducci's doesn't

they don't even try.
pasta is tasteless (your supposed to season the water when you cook the pasta)
the sauces are no better, tasteless, not fresh.

i had the meatball spaghetti, i always have loved this dish but i don't make it that much anymore so when it's on any pasta menu i rarely past it up. well anducci's is easily the worst i've had.
i swear the meatballs were one step removed from dog food (i mean it).
they looked like it, they smelled like it and even though i've never eaten dog food i imagine that it would taste something like that.
they are as big as your fist and have the consistency of a rubber ball.

as bad as the food is, service is worse.
they want you want in and out of there as fast as possible and it shows.
staff is unfriendly and unpleasant.

oh i almost forgot the caesar salad.
wilted lettuce (i mean 1 week old and probably had frozen and thawed at some point,
drenched in dressing (salad was never tossed as 90% of the dressing ended up on 25% of the salad)
i found one store bought crouton in mine, my wife had 2 dozens.

the kitchen staff were not wearing anything no their hair and looked dirty and unkept.

the place itself is dirty, uninviting, difficult to get to.

the portions are large, so you get a lot of bad food that you won't like.

i seem to recall anducci's to be ok at some point but it's not anymore
go somewhere else.

I've always had just the takeout and it still impresses even after the 20 minute drive to Burnaby.

Ribs, sausage, chicken, beef and sides are all outstanding. My wife loves the pulled pork.

The Memphis feast for two to four feeds us for two days and since I don't eat meat during the week this satisfies all the cravings and it costs less than $40.

Joe's Grill2061 W 4th Ave, Vancouver
best corned beef hash in the world
Submitted Saturday, January 28, 2006 - 6:20pm [Dine in]

I don't know how they get the roasted potatoes so perfect but i love it. I cook a lot at home so I'm picky when i go out
and Joe's Grill is always a pleasant experience and is worth the drive from New West (and I hate to drive downtown). I haven't tried anything else there to be honest and believe me
it is usually my intention but I can't pass up the corned beef hash/poached eggs/sausage.

The staff is casual, super fast and professional.
