(2.7) (2.8) (3.2) (3) (1.8)The food is quite good, and the service is friendly. The prices at lunch time are excellent. They make a very good Hot & Sour Soup that I must recommend. It isn't anything fancy, but it is worth the price you pay. Regular patrons keep coming back.
This is a McDonald's like any other. Big Mac's and Quarter Pounders are served with fries and soda for a reasonable price. Better burgers are available across the street at Vera's Burger Shack. In fact, there are any number of better places to eat within a block of here.
This is a typical Starbucks. The pastries, muffins and cookies are great snacks to accompany a coffee, but if you are looking for a meal, the choices are average. Prepackaged sandwiches, wraps, and protein plates are available and ready to go so if you need to pick a quick lunch, but with all the food choices in the area, why would you eat here?
Nunu's serves fresh sandwiches, soups and salads. There is only very limited space to eat in, so taking your food to go is almost required. The park across the street, behing the Vancouver School Board is a great place to enjoy lunch on a sunny day. The ingredients are fresh and everything tastes very good. They also serve fresh baked cookies that not only taste good, but also look like they are good for you.
The quality of the food is good, and the service is very quick. The menu has a good selection of Sushi and hot dishes on offer at a reasonable price and the staff is very friendly. Perfect to stop in for a quick lunch while shopping along Granville and Broadway.
