Wow what a great find
Submitted Thursday, April 26, 2012 - 6:22pm [Dine in]

A friend told me about this place
I cannot believe that I have not been coming here
before

I had the meatballs they are huge and very tasty
Not oily at all they use high quality meat

The pizza is very tasty and a great value
You will not buy those chain pizzas after having
these

They have really fresh olive oil that is to die for
It is expensive but the quality is the best I have had
Use the olive oil on salads it is amazing
At $28 per bottle it makes a great gift as well

Over this place has great food and great value
I will be back

Best sandwich ever - I mean ever
Submitted Wednesday, March 21, 2012 - 9:12pm [Dine in]

ok, I know, I know - this place to known for its great coffee and gelato and yes I know they have won all those awards for it.
yes I know they are busy and have a great following.

But holy cow - the sandwiches are a hidden gem.

I needed some food quick and was picking up coffee at the new Brazza so I got the grilled vegi sandwich.
Cost is $5.80 which is good value

the server asked to grill it and I said yes.
I minute later I was eating the most amazing sandwich ever.

It had some artichoke sundried tomato pesto with grilled peppers and goat feta cheese.
The flavours complimented each other so well and are of really high quality.
The sandwich was very tasty.

I told the older manger/owner guy that I loved the sandwich and he told me they grill there own stuff with their own
extra virgin olive oil that he makes in Italy on his familiies olive grove. It is the same oil that he sells at the cafe
which has won the World Olive Competition in Spain

I'll be back - even if it is just for the food

my only complaint is that it is usually busy in there - so plan your trip.

Can you say "grease ball"
Submitted Friday, July 15, 2011 - 6:31pm [Dine in]

got three of the donoughts - OMG- they really suck - they are dripping in grease and it is made even worst that they are not cooked long enough.

The grumpy lady manager told me they are honey flavoured when I asked - guess what they had no honey taste. just grease. all three donoughts were left on the table and we left. - never to return again.

bad food - even worst service

WOW want a find in little North Van
Submitted Monday, December 17, 2007 - 9:21pm [Dine in]

As coffee chain hell continues to take over the city, Brazza and a bunch of other 'coffee art' players are making cap's & lattes for the rest of us. Hallelujah. Strong coffee that doesn't scald your tongue and foam that's thick and creamy (as opposed to dollop-like dry snowballs of the stuff)...and those cool swirls!
Food, service, room are top notch too at the North Van location. Owner is clearly passionate and does a great job making sure all aspects of the cafe maintain the highest quality. Grazie!
They have one of the Best Americanos in the City
Their is usually a line up to get a coffee, but they are very quick to deliver the goods.
Coffee beans are all organic and roasted in Italy I think by Torrefazione De Luca if I recall.

The place is great to meet friends and hangout as well.
