Worst service and poor attitude paired with bad food

What can one really say? not even five minutes after being seated down I got the waitress literally barking "You want to order!?" Okay, I ordered my pho noodles and my daughter her lemongrass pork with vermicelli, order comes and they are both utterly tasteless. Maybe they are just having a bad day? My daughter couldn't finish her food so we asked to have it wrapped, waiter tossed a container at my table (Yes, as in threw) and asked me to fill it myself, okay?? never again!

My family and I went there the other day, figuring it was later in the evening and everywhere else in the area had a huge waiting list. Boy, I will never go there again. Not only was the menu greasy but the furniture had been worn down so much It screamed replace! food wasn't any better, the sweet and sour pork was saturated in starch and grease. Think of it like trying to win the lottery, you just never knew which piece actually had meat. The fried rice wasnt' any better, we had to down it with the tea that we had because it was so hard it tasted like yesterday's and then some. Figuring we made a bad choice and it happens? I gave a tip when the bill came and shrugged it off as a bad experience, until i saw my credit card bill and noticed they charged me twice and both times a 15% tip. I called the manager and he downright refused to refund that, what kind of self respecting restaurant steals people's money? seriously!
