Service was below par, server was particular too lazy to walk around the table to place the utensils or plates of food, everything were handed over across from me and I had to "receive" the items myself and I wonder where is the service coming from with that 15% gratuity? The tips wasn't even worth 5% in my honest opinion.
When it comes to dessert time, Créme bruleé is supposed to be creamy like pudding! But the one we have is just like a over cooked pound cake! While leaving the restaurant, we had to wait for our party to use the restroom, the sign at the reception clearly says all guests in your party will also receive a Gift Certificate for 2 Brunch Mimosas to use in the new year, and we weren't given during the check. When I asked the reception, she had to search for our reservations I made thinking I was here to lie for a coupon for 2 Brunch Mimosas? Even thou we were given these coupons in the end but a very unpleasant for the pre-Christmas dinner.
After getting home, the friend who dined with us had taken a photo of the menu, then I just noticed the coffee or tea was included; we were NOT offered or asked what we would like during the order of our food in the beginning.
