Increased prices and gratuities

Okay so I know that it's the olympics and everything, but did you really have to go and raise your prices by 20-25% form last month, AND add on a mandatory 20% tip? The food was fine, but the pizza i got was not worth the $13.50 you bumped it up to, nor was the service particularly bad, but it was not worth 20%. That is the kind of tip that you WOULD get if we had exceptional service, which we didn't. It was mediocre, and you deserved 15% since our food took over an hour to make it to the table. What a cash grab, unbelievable. The only reason I stayed to eat was because we had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table and I was starving at that point. Even if the prices go back down after the games, I will never EVER eat at earls again!
