I was with a group for a dinner reservation where I had no say where we were to dine. I enjoyed the atmosphere but the thing I found was the food wasn't overly impressive. I was surprized to have a fennel risotto come to my table. The colour didn't impress me too much but it did taste nice. Really enjoyed the warm goat cheese salad. Drinks were nice. Service was impressive since we had such a large group and they knew what everyone wanted.

When I go to Cafe Du Soleil, I think of a cute little breakfast place that always knows what I want. Their french toast is the best and the people are always so sweet. They have a nice arrangement of fruit on the side. I also really like how one plate is never the same. A nice brunch place if you have time on the weekend.

My SO and I thought this would be a good place to call since they are not Panago and figured their service would be good. I called and was placed on hold without being asked. After a couple minutes of being placed on hold, I was asked what I wanted. I ordered a medium vegetarian with no onions + a small cheescake. The woman on the other end of the phone advised me it would not be long after providing my address. One hour later, our pizza was at our door. Our pizza tasted lukewarm + the dough was soggy. I did not provide the delivery driver a tip. I called around 45 minutes later to inform them that my pizza had still not shown up. The gentleman who was on the other phone said it would be another 5 minutes. Never again. I will never suggest this take out place to anyone. I don't know what annoyed me more - the fact that we are only half an hour away or the fact that I was placed on hold right away without a question.
