I work on Granville Island and have heard about Go Fish for a long time. Today it was sunny out so we walked over and got in line at Go Fish. We waited 10 mins in line, then it was our turn to order. The cashier said sorry ladies it'll be a few minutes. She left the cashier (with a huge line up behind me) and disappeared for 5 mins. While she was gone, staff milled around, they ate from the grill, picked at hot dogs off the counter and chatted. The cashier finally came back then continued to restock the refrigerator. No one was paying any attention to the line up of customers! Finally she took our order and told us "30 mins".After 30 mins we returned and waited another 30 mins for our food. We waited 1 hour for our small takeout order of tacos and 1 order of fries. Each time we checked on the order the staff was SO rude and dismissive. They even made fun of me after I received my food and started to walk away. I hear them say "wow - people are grumpy today, we should close early" The food was good, but I will NOT go back. Awful staff!
