I used to go to school near this place, but never actually noticed it until I was stopped at a red light. From standing outside and looking it, it seemed like it would be very interesting to grab lunch. I've been there many times now, and have recommended it to many of my friends. Their baguette sandwiches are always so good; very fresh and just the right amount of everything. The flavours blend well and it's quite healthy. The decor is great and i love the old register they use; it adds character. There will be times that I crave their sandwiches, I just have to make the trip down just for this place.

this place is a family owned restaurant, or it seems like it. their food is GREAT. it tastes so good, especially their viet subs; never been disappointed with that. everything else is pretty good too, but i mostly go for the sandwiches. service is alright, it's really small so calling them over isn't too hard. food also comes pretty fast which is great. the ambiance isn't that great. just the same old run down looking family owned restaurant. the bad thing about this place is that it closes at 7pm. so go early

i've been here many times and have always received good service. this place can get crowded and there may be a wait, but the service, the drinks and the food make up for it. yam fries are awesome and always a must for me. the environment is cool and laidback. it's a great place to go.

Worst place i've ever been to.

i like trying new restaurants and try to do so as much as i can. so when the opportunity to try this one came i went along. before coming to chopstick cafe, i had heard about some poor feedback with this restaurant, but hey, who knows it could've just been the customer who had outrageous demands or whatever. i now have to agree with many of the poor feedbacks for this restaurant. i was with a large groupe of people and service was the slowest i have ever seen anywhere. yes i know that a large party will result in slower service, but this consisted of a MINIMUM wait of 2 hrs for our food. service from the waitress was the worst i had ever seen from anyone i've ever met. and the food was extremely disappointing. even to starving customers, they felt that the food was not great at all and the wait was definitely not worthwhile. after complaining to the "manager" she was extremely rude and blamed her performance as well as the cooks and others for the behaviour of those of whom i was with. don't bother wasting your time at this restaurant. though most dishes may be less than $10 (not all items are under $10), save your money and spend it at a place where they welcome you, provide great customer service along with great dishes. remember, you get what you pay for.
