I ve given up on this location- I love their specialty, the white spot burger with triple o sauce, but everytime I ve been to this location it has been long waits, noise, confusion, and if its busy, impossible to get service. The last straw was getting an undercooked burger that was actually bloody in the middle- the manager did give me a coupon for a free burger but I was so dissapointed by the meal that I never went back.
I would steer clear of this restaraunt. They are ok for breakfast or a burger when not busy- but cookie cutter style restaraunts staffed by teenagers are a recipe for disater if they are not well run. My experience was the gamut you would expect of the bad restaraunt experience: noisey location, staff in the kitchen eating and yelling, long waits, wrong food brought to table, cold food (did I mention raw food?), over priced, overcooked or else reheated, stressed staff- you name it.
Other locations seem much more consistent and reliable: steer clear of this one.

Ive been going to the red onion for years and its always been a reliable, inexpensive place for burger and fries. A lot of places will eventually turn you off for one reason or another- eventually you will have a bad experience, its just bound to happen- red onion has always been an ok place for a burger if your expectaions are not too high- face it, for minimum wage in a busy-busy restaraunt you just cant get 100% service so go there for what they offer- a good burger and fries. Compared to macdonalds across the street it is outstanding- good burger, ok service considering its always busy, and inevitably staffed by min wage young people- cheap meal, not a place to impress a date or anyone expecting fine dining
