I have gotten food here quite a few times and always been impressed. I get my lunch from them at least two times a week and usually pick stuff up for my co-workers. The price for a sandwich is a great and it is ready and hot when I want it. They even catered my friend's wedding and everyone was quite happy with the food.
My fiance and I chose Christine catering after meeting with Christine and trying some of her appetizers. She seemed nice and was very positive. After many dealings with this company however we found that they were very difficult to deal with due to a lack of organization and many "mis-communications". On the night of our wedding there was no clear leadership from any of the serving staff and there appeared to be a major lack of communication from the owner/management to the serving staff which were actually at and working the event. In the end, the food was okay, the service was disappointing, and they tried to hit us with hundreds of dollars in extra charges for staffing that was unnecessary and completely not agreed upon prior to the wedding. I would not recommend this company.
We have ordered from this company a few times now for staff parties or meetings and the food is really not worth the price. Items were also missing (twice) and it arrived cold once.
I can't comment on the ambiance, this is a catering company, but DineHere does not give the option of N/A.
They do make an effort to have different food styles, so if you are not a "fancy" eater, you might enjoy it, but if your are looking for classy high quality food, go somewhere else.
