I have ordered the House Special pizza at this establishment on several occasions and the pizza has been consistently excellent. The dough has been just right and the toppings have been generous and in just the right proportion to the dough.
The staff are always alert and attentive and see to it that the pizza is made just right.
The value quotient is high as the price is one of the lowest for any pizza establishment, especially if you purchase two large pizzas, as I do.
The milieu is appropriate for a pizza establishment.
All in all, I look forward to frequenting the Pizza Factory on Westwood again and recommend it without hesitation to one and all.
I am not usually one to complain about food I order, as it happens today I have a full house. I did not want to cook so naturally I order pizza. When I arrived at home to feed my guests I realize there are two wrong pizzas and I give the place a call. The man on the other end of the phone proceeds to tell me what I ordered and tell me this is what I have been given. I am getting a bit upset and ask to speak with a manager and the man tells me he is the owner. I explain to him that I have been a good customer over the past while and I could not believe how rude he was being. The man responds to me by saying this is the nature of the business and he looses and gains customers every day. I guess the moral of the story here is we as the customer don't madder and don't expect good service once he has your money.
