  • Me-N-Eds has been in business for over 30 years creating signature thin crust pizza which is layered and pressed over 100 times by our custom-made dough rollers. We make and prime our dough right here. Fresh. Every day. These are the folks who valiantly fend off the 2 for 1's and the conveyor oven pizzerias of BC and keep Me-n-Ed's pizza a dish that is meant to be savoured, not gobbled. These people are the owners and there is always at least one at every location.

We love this place. It's the only restaurant where we feel special and at home. Yeah, it's a tad on the $$ side but not really compared to a lot of other pizza places(not dominoes or panago) BUT real pizza places.

A larege cheese pizza for $16 feeds my 2 kids 2 meals. $4 a meal - not bad. A LARGE PIZZA feeds me and hubby and some for his lunch next day $26 - so about $9 a meal - but the toppings are top quality. THE perogy pizza is crazy good - you feel like you had perogies AND pizza for dinner. I love the atmosphere in the place - it's fun, the kids love playing by the fireplace and the wheel chair ramp - when no wheel chairs are using it. Once I heard some crabby old lady complain about the kids playing and was told it was a FAMILY restaurant not a pub by the staff!! Sweet.

The Godfather is really good as is the Shrimp Pesto supreme(that could be the best pizza on the planet). You have to like thin crust thought to like this place - if you like fried dough balls in your tummy go to Pizza hut.

I come out here and have pizza a LOT with my sister and her family. They are well known there and we feel like family when we walk in. This restaurant in actually in PORT Coquitlam, not Coquitlam.

Some people complain about the prices and they are higher than those cheap chain pizza places for a reason. Everything is fresh and top quality! The crust is amazing, thin, crispy and way better than those dough beds other pizza joints use. They have amazing combos and if you order a 4 or more topping pizza, you could have every sigle topping in the place on it and it would not cost any more! The staff is superfriendly and efficient and teh restaurant and pizza reminds me of going to Shakey's pizza as a kid. Great food, awesome fireplace, retro memories and the game's always on too. WInner combo!

Pizzas were good, just too pricey.

This is my second time visiting this location. Ambiance was good, typical pizza joint with a slight "bar" feel.
It took a while for anyone to notice that we were standing there although there was only 1 other table occupied. Service was quite slow and almost non-existent at times. We had to ask twice to get our water glasses refilled.

Pizzas were always good, though I found both times the pizzas were a little too salty for my taste and the crust slightly overdone. The flavours were good and the combinations were more creative than your typical Pepperoni or Hawaiian. I really enjoyed their smoked salmon & roasted garlic and their chicken pesto supreme. I've also tried their thai chicken, which I found was the most interesting combination of all, with crispy thai noodles and what tasted like the chinese "hoi sin" sauce. Would be perfect if it wasn't so salty.

We found the pizzas to be on the pricey side. We went there for lunch on a weekday to use our Entertainment coupon, but I'm not sure if we'll go there without the 2 for 1 coupon.

Come here for the best pizza on southside Port Coquitlam(even including Megabite)
Hard to believe it, but, if times are hard you don't go out for dinner with your family of 4 and have 2 beers. The pizza's great, worth every penny. They have deals everyday. Goto Mc'Donalds and sneak in your liqour if you can't afford a great dinner with drinks.

Pretty Good Pizza

We came to this parlor for a very late lunch. We were pretty much the only customers in there. I thought it was cute and quaint restaurant, very reminiscent of an old 1950's style pizza parlor. We were starving so we ordered 2 pizzas: one custom made with artichoke, sun dried tomatoes and ham, and one called the Sopranos (tomatoes and bococcini). Both were excellent pizzas with the nice fresh out of the oven taste. Pretty good value at $27 for 2 small pizzas and a tea. Wish there was opened in Vancouver.

Ever have pizza and feel bloated after eating it? Well we never have had that problem with pizzas from Me'N'Ed's.

Highly recommend if you like thin crust pizza (it's the only way they make it). Sometimes topping are sparce but not too often and a bit pricy but we love the Californian..... Thank goodness for 50% off Entertainment Coupons!
