Boston Pizza offers a casual dining atmosphere with over 100 menu items including a selection of pizzas, pastas and a wide variety of appetizers, meal-sized salads, entrees and desserts. The restaurant also has plenty of big screen TVs to catch the big game.
I HATE BP and this one is the worst. We had to come in after a hockey game with my son's team. I was hungry so against my better judgement we ordered the perogy pizza. GROSS. WHat a disgusting mess. Me and Eds knows how to make perogy pizza if you care to check BP. YOU. do NOT.
The beer was warm and all the pastas were very small for the price. Plus the waitresses barely talked to the boys, instead deferring to the parents. They're 15-17 years old and were surprisingly well behaved. All the parents were asking themselves why we come here. We won't again,
And as for the reviewer who said it was from Boston. No, it's from Edmonton. You'd think then that they'd know how to make perogy pizza. Sadly, not.
Sat at the bar last night wanting to catch the Canuckleheads opener and have a bite.
Food. Just ordered a burger and fries with no pickle. Came quickly, but with pickle (LOTS of pickle). They re-made it (including the fries, which was good). Burger was decent, fries were a little tasteless. Nothing special at all, wouldnt order it again.
Service. Super nice bartender guy, but messed up the order, didn't bring cutlery or salt and pepper and I have a bit of a pet peeve with hipster employees talking to me like I'm 20 (I'm not). Waited too long for the bill, etc. Overall, about what you expect when you sit at a bar to eat.
Value. A little cheaper than I would have thought.
Ambiance. Nice and clean enough, but when you are trying to be a sports bar, have some decent tv's and audio. People expect it nowadays. Left after the first period to watch it on my much better home tv.
Will probably go back at its close.
This was one of my worst restaurant experiences ever. We ordered kids meals which came well after the adults meals. Service was slow and the food bad. I ordered a medium steak sandwich that came well done and was too salty to even attempt to eat. I will never come back here or to any Boston Pizza again.
I've gone to this restaurants more times than I can remember. Almost every time the service has been a joke, getting my main course before my appetizer has happened a little too many times. They're just young girls/guys who dont really care about their job, and obviously not their tip either. The one great thing about Boston Pizza is their food, it's hot, fresh and very tasty. If you want good food, it's a great place to go, if you want slow, irregular service, this place is full of it.
What can I say, truth hurts, skimpy portions and they have the audacity to charge $13 for a buffalo chicken sandwich and a little salad that is befitting of a child's portion not an adult and should be only $10. Food is okay but portions are poor value. When an adult goes to eat and pays $13+ you'd expect them to be fairly satisfied with a full stomach. No wonder I have not eaten there for years, nothing changes.
Boston Pizza is was a great experience, they had great food and to make matters even better they also made sure that they got my familys food at a timley matter as we were going to see a movie next door. the service was fast and friendly and the servers were great to my kids!!!
I thought it was so nice that the managers are so involved also they checked to see how our food was!!
If you want a great place to dine boston pizza is great! will come back!!
Every time we come to Boston pizza we receive the WORST service. It takes 45 minutes to get our appetizer, an appetizer they forgot to punch in. After receiving a rush order on our cactus cut potatoes we got our dinner right away. Who wants to eat their dinner immediately after their appi? Utter nonsense. For dinner I ordered the Jalepeno and onion straw burger and my friend ordered the "pesto" chicken pasta. Firstly, there was nothing pesto about it! They threw some tasteless herbs on the pasta and called it "pesto". Even after adding lots of salt, chili flakes and Parmesan cheese it didn't taste any better. SUPER bland! For my jalepeno burger. I asked for no tomato, onion straws and extra pickles. When I got it there were no jalepenos and they put onion straws on the burger and the patty was not fresh. You could tell it was a premade frozen party (not very appetizing!). And the end the waitress let us know they discounted our bill. When I looked they took off $4.82. How pointless. I have honestly never had such bad service or experience at any other location than at this location! I would NOT recommended it to anyone.
P.s the last time we went there, there was hair in our nachos. We pointed it out to the waitress, without saying anything she took the nachos away. The manager approached us and said "I heard there was a hair in ur nachos, do you want me to bring you some more?" When we said no, she walked away without saying anything and didn't come back up to us. We were confused if we had to pay so we just walked out. BAD experience.
POOR POOR POOR POOR oh my goodness poor EVERYTHING!!!!
Sincerely a Pitt Meadows Resident!
We have been to this Boston Pizza location around 4 times and every time has been regrettable.
They make up weird rules with the kids meals and change the offers.
The wait staff is not great, the greeters are often to busy chatting with friends to bother with clients and and the place tends to be messy too.
The Boston Pizza in Coquitlam is much better and worth the drive for the better service and food
I've been here various times with my family ( Husaband and three teenage boys.) It gets fairly busy between showtimes but what do you expect? It's next door to a theature. (I've noticed a trend here) The food has always been consistent, it's Boston Pizza, go with a little time to spare and be willing to put up with the crowds.
My wifey and I ordered two 'personal pizzas". One gluten free and the other - tuscany. The tuscany pizza was terrible. The green peppers and onions were huge, not chopped or diced. Very little of either. Ridiculous price for a personal pizza - almost $15.
The gluten free pizza was a little better, but certainly NOT WORTH the almost $15.
2nd time we have eaten here and the 2nd time we have been extremely disappointed. Prices are way higher then others in the area and the food is so poor.
never eat here again
Okay food at Boston Pizza if you get the lunch special for $10. But I wouldn't pay more or pay for more than that.
I came here back in July and had the Rib + Dark Meat Chicken w/ Combo for $22 post-tax and it was bad/terrible and certainly not worth $22. The seats were decent.
Boston pizza is a great place for Sunday Brunch as we had found out by chance. The buffet style brunch has a great variety of foods and healthy choices.Staff is young but courteous and attentive enough. Food is quite good. Have not tried for a dinner, but will give it a chance if it compares to quality of their brunch.
If you go, don't forget to bring your husband! why? you will know, try it
I go here after work often and have had no problems whatsoever. The food is awsome especially their baked wings and the boston brute. I have never had a bad experience here and would recomend it to any one.
