Going to Credible Edibles is like dropping in to your neighbour's kitchen: there's a comfortable, friendly atmosphere, with snacks on the counter, a kids' corner, open kitchen, self-serve coffee, chit chat with the staff. The herb garden patio is especially nice in summer.
Food: Interesting choices and top quality ingredients. Everything is freshly-made and very tasty.
Cost: In the $10-13 range, so maybe not somewhere you'd go every day. But definitely worth a visit whenever you want a relaxing lunch alone or with a friend.
Service: helpful, but don't expect the speed of a fast food place.
Best Lunches in Hintonburg. Fresh, inventive, healthy food in a comfortable, friendly setting. Great patio, too! The Muffeletta sandwidh is a favorite, as are the soups, but the salads and desserts are excellent as well. I wish all "healthy" restaurants were this good. There's a lot of joy in this food, and it's full of flavour. Full marks for quality, taste, and friendly service. It's a must!
