Tim Hortons was founded in 1964, by hockey legend Tim Horton and they’ve been serving Canadians fresh coffee and donuts for over 40 years. In addition to donuts and coffee, they also offer a variety of freshly made sandwiches and soups.
I rarely visit Tim Horton's, been here twice with the same experience. I came in to order a turkey sandwich, muffin and Ice Vanilla latte.
If Tim's are opening new locations, pay & train their staff better, since each visit, they don't seem to get my order right.
If you say vanilla ice latte, why must I say French vanilla ice latte, and on both visit, they made hot vanilla latte.
I ate in the last visit, they needed to wipe down tables, sweep the floors and pay attention to the garbage. It wasn't busy, so why was the staff talking and not doing their jobs cleaning their tables?
When I got my beverage each time, and commented on the mistake, they insisted I asked for it, and the lady was annoyed that my request wasn't correct.
This location needs to work on the customer service, ordering skills and train their staff.
I doubt I will be back, not worth the hassle.
I have tried this Tim Hortons several times now, and EVERY time, it seems, they mess up my order. Management, can you please inform your employees that there is a difference between a "breakfast sandwich meal" and a lone breakfast sandwich? One is served with coffee and hashbrown. The other, not.
Come on, Tim's. This location is dragging down your reputation.
But things get worse. Remember their "Free Iced Latte" day a few weeks ago? Well, after all of that annoying advertising and promotion, this location had run out mid-afternoon. What kind of asinine promotion is that?? Shame on you, Tim's! And shame on the management of this mediocre location!
