This place was recommended by a co-worker. I now get my lunch here quite often. This deli & lunch/take out counter provides a variety of three entree choices daily. The choices, their flavours and related sauces are excellent. Rob & Ben are informative, everyone's friendly. As to the food, you'd pay twice as much for less at many restaurants. Since it's in Lonsdale Quay, ask for a plate & get a nearby table in the rather spartan nearby dining area or sit outside and enjoy the view! You DO have to return your dishes and cutlery, but that's a small price to pay.
