We were feeling uninspired for making dinner last Friday and hadn't ordered pizza for a while so we browsed the collection of takeout menus that are stuffed regularly through our mail slot. Decided we'd try Panagos because we couldn't remember ever ordering from them before and they had some interesting looking pies. We ordered 3 large pizzas on regular crusts and they were at our door in about 20 minutes...wow.
The Veggie Mediterranean was the best of the 3 with the onions, spinach and feta making a flavourful topping combo. But the Italian Deli and Tropical Chicken were sparse on toppings and quite bland which was disappointing. And the bill came to $60 before tip. Not our best pizza delivery adventure.
This place has good pizza. As for it being flavourless I like that they don't just pump up the taste with salt. I like that their pizza's don't taste overly salty or greasy. If you are looking for salt pick the toppings that have more salt naturally in it like bacon or feta cheese. The toppings are fresh and ample. Try their meatball topping which is unique for a pizza. It seems like they use a partially skim cheese because there is no pools of grease on top of slices. There isn't grease under the pizza crust either I don't understand why chains like Pizza Hut heavily oil their pans before baking the pizza. Just adds unneeded calories. I like their veggie pizza as it includes roasted garlic. A medium fills up two adults with a slice or two left over. It's not the cheapest pizza but it tastes good and it's healthy to boot. Their multigrain crusts go well with the complimentary dips included with the pizza, I really like the jalapeno ranch. Avoid the four-cheese pizza or the thin crust here they are not the best. The regular crust is already pretty thin so just go with that.

the store is very clean , the service and delivery is fast and the quality of the pizza is perfect and taste so yam, my favourite pizza are veggie mediterranean and steak mush melt.
prices wise are very reasonable for the quality you're getting and they have a good special now..
so if you're looking to enjoy a good tasty pizza doesn't take forever to get to your place, i would
recommend this store. if you try it you won't regret it..

The steak taste either like old roast beef or organ meat. No really!
I don't often eat organ meats but when I do this is the taste that I remember.
I'm not saying that they are using livers or kidneys but they sure the hell are not using any form of steak that I'ver ever tasted.
The serives is fast but they last insite as to what is best for their customers. They never recommend speicals nor extra toppings for no change when the pizza you order is one topping away for the menu pizza. They have at time gotten the order wrong and not until you get it home will you notice the onions that you did not want.
The kids like this place but the value is not there and with out the dippers to give the flavour it's just a warm mass of cheese and bread wtih some mistry meat.
Strangely we do go back as every block party and get together calls for this very pizza place. The North Shore sure does lack some nice pizza joints.
So to sume up: If you like pizza that the kids will eat order from here. but if you want a real pizza try some where else.
The pizza comes in a brown card board box with no lining. And at first when the pizza is warm you can not taste the cardboard. But when it's cold and sits in the fridge overnight you can taste nothing but cardboard. YUCK! If they just placed an inexpensive piece of parchment paper on the bottom you would not get this. Well I would hope that the condensation would not drip upon the pizza from the top nor the water vapor release the taste from with in the box. But I will never find out. They have a great web site and the prices are Ok for what you get and they always have specials but no matter what the price it still will taste like cardboard. They have salads that might be fine and the bread sticks and the cinnamon sticks are in a parchment lined box but why not the pizza?
They did offer me a $20 refund via the head office but I still will not go back to a place that I just ticked off. It's an open kitchen but not open enough for my liking. Try it for yourselves and see if you agree with this review about the cardboard.
