We ordered 8-pcs of chicken, 12pcs of cupcakes and 1 med. size gravy. When we got home, we realized that KFC forgot to include the gravy! After 3 days, we decided to stop by the same KFC and ordered chicken for take out. I told the lady about the gravy incident and she asked me if I called that night. I told her no. She said you should have called and we could log it in. In my mind, how should I know that I would need to call????!!!! She didn't gave me my gravy $1.99 worth. Right then and there, I decided never to come back to this outlet again!!! FOR A $1.99 WORTH OF GRAVY, KFC has lost me and my family as their weekly customer.
I don't usually comment on fast food places...you get what you get. But we do occasionally enjoy a KFC chicken pigout and this is the only outlet near us so we've been there often. The quality of the chicken has taken a serious nose-dive over the last year or so, to the point where we won't go there anymore. Chicken seems to have been held too long or overnight....dry and the skin is rubbery. Happened 3 times in a row. We're done with that KFC. Too bad, we used to enjoy an occasional takeout..
It's been years since I've been to the Colonel Sanders place and I must say that I'll never EVER go back.
I ordered the ribs and chicken fun pack or some stupid name and what I got was $8.00 worth of ruined childhood memories and a case of the dry heaves. The ribs were pork ribs but only a couple of inches long and they were dry overly sweet and yucky! And that was the good bit of the meal. The chicken
What the F happened to KFC's chicken? They must be breeding a special genetically modified breed of chicken in order to get them that small of the chicken. And being so small it's hard to keep any juices left to make the chicken half way edible. The only thing that made the chicken go down was the oil. There is always extra oil. The fries were dried out as if sitting there over night. And the staff. I watch the guy smoking a cigarette out side contemplating his life wondering how a 50 year old could end up working at this place and I watch him walk past the hand washing sink and go back to work. YUCK YUCK YUCK YUCK! I guess they figure that the chemicals in the chicken would kill off any germs. Please wash you Fing hands. At least try and look as if you care. I would not give this food to my dog. I love her too much.
