Is a New Zealand based pizza chain that has since expanded to Australia, UK, Ireland, and Canada. Notable for pizzas and pasta dishes with hell-themed names.
This place is pretty good but I wouldn't recommend bringing children. The food was a bit soggy but the great taste of the toppings completely made up for it. Great place to buy quick party food. The puns are hilarious and the mini game you can play there is very addicting. The snowman I saw outside the restaurant showed me that they were very festive.
We picked up three "doubles" which as enough to feed four people. We like variety in our pizza and Hells does offer some different toppings and a decent crust. A bit cheaper than F..ing Wedge but you're still paying for the flair and promo so there value is a bit low. Overall we weren't knocked over but we didn't sample the entire menu so there may have been better choices.
Once you get through the 18 levels of over-branding hell (the comic book store decor, the cryptic menu names (Hawaiian is called Greed), the seemingly endless supply of puns built into its namesake, etc.), what you'll find is decent delivery styled pizza with interesting flavor combinations and good friendly staff.
