I don't see what big deal is.
Cold doughnuts with a variety of toppings that fall off and make a mess on the carpet.
I don't know why the icing falls off with the toppings...But I would think that after a couple of weeks, the baker would work it out and solve the problem. Not keep on making the same mistake for 46 years...Unless she's given up. Good thing, "all dogs welcome inside." It wouldn't be hard to out do this shop with a bit better doughnut and better everything else.
I suggest that if you do want to buy these hockey pucks...You park at Starbucks and pick up your coffee on the way back. Screw Starbucks.
This place is an old fashioned Donut shop with Character and GREAT tasting donuts!!. The place is riddled with collectables still in the original packaging! kind of a flea market feel... very cool. Maple peanut donut is to die for. They also have very well priced and delicious deli sandwhiches. Lets keep this long time donut shop alive! Saport the little guy!
There's a reason why half of the people drinking coffee at the Starbucks next door are eating Harmony donuts - they're just plain good.
These are the real deal - honest to god proper donuts, cooked up in a deep fryer right before your eyes. Those horrid prebaked Tim Hortons things pale in comparison. Real nuts, and sprinkles, and icing......
Seriously, buy a dozen assorted donuts from Harmony and there's no way you'll ever darken Timmy's doors again.
OK, OK, I get it donuts no ! Health Food yes. But wait , ohhhh please wait, have you had a Harmony Donut? well have you? OK, i have had a few, yes gained a little weight, but Harmony in my honest opinion has the best darn donuts in north vancouver. Jack, the owner is a good man and runs a good down to earth eatery. All is good at Harmony, well of coarse the donuts, also great coffee, sandwiches, ect. Also the place is filled with old collection of toy's and cool stuff from day's gone by. Harmony, love your place, i will be back again see you soon. AL.
