Stopped by here for lunch with a friend of mine. We ordered the lunch special, she had the curry veggy with rice, I had the black bean beef with rice. Nothing special, not really even that good. I ate half of it and asked for the bill. Yeah, it was that bad. Restaurant decor was nice. Great deal with the lunch special. But, food was pretty gross. I won't be coming back here, and, I don't recommend this place.
Visited during lunch time as they advertise $5.95 lunch specials. Room is a bit sparse in terms of decor but adequate for what the restaurant is, quite clean. The place was 2/3 full which is a good sign. During lunch they seem to just serve various combo deals, meat, rice, noodles. It does not seem you can order a la carte as you can during dinner. Tried the beef with veggies with noodles. The beef and veggies was just OK, on par with pre-made food just like at a food fair at a mall. The noodles tasted pre-made and a bit on the limp side. The portions were huge and I think that's their main selling point, value. Overall, would return if I want a big lunch for cheap. Service was good and fast.
