We live in the neighbourhood and have walked by Cocoa Lattes a number of times but we usually weren't seeking coffee or a snack. This morning we decided to stop in for lattes and a muffin. Decor is quite quirky and quaint...the outdoor patio in the back might be nice on a summer morning. Lattes were good and mugs were mouth friendly. Muffins are obviously brought in so nothing outstanding there. But it has a nice local atmosphere, different from the big "Bucks", so we'll likely frequent it from time to time.
