A bubble tea place where the Zazou hair salon used to be.
The bubble tea was amazing and the guy working there (may have been the owner) was really nice and provided excellent service, will definitely go back next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend the Peach milk slush, although there are so many flavours to choose from, I was very spoilt for choice!
I went with Mrs. C to grab a pizza at the nearby Little Casear, and I spotted this place which had recently opened.
It is very plain inside, and the staff are still getting the hang of running the place. The servers have no command of English, so it is necessary to speak very slowly. Still, they had 3 dollar milk teas, so I had ordered a strawberry one.
The milk tea itself had neither milk nor tea, but it did have frozen strawberry, so it wasn't a total disaster. Like I said, they are still new at this, so my expectations weren't high. I received more of a slush than a milk tea. It tasted okay and it was cheap, so I didn't complain.
Will I be back? No.
I go to the bubble tea house on lonsdale all the time and I've only been to this new one they opened once. It was alot cleaner and nicer then the one on lonsdale but they didn't have chairs yet to sit on....only two tables. The bubble tea was exactly the same (very good!). They are getting into the swing of things so give them a chance...their bubble tea is so worth it. The staff don't speak much english but it has never affected me getting the bubble tea I want. If you like slushy bubble tea and u live in lynn valley....give this place a try!
