babyeats is a truly child friendly organic restaurant with a 1000 sq ft natural play area full of cool wooden toys to inspire kids imaginations. While junior is playing, mum and dad get to relax and enjoy some delectable fare!
Went to Babyeats a few weeks ago for lunch with a friend, we were impressed with the decor and the wonderful toys and play area for the kids. However we ordered our food, and it took 40min before we sat down and ate our food, the meal still cold, I was very dissapointed at the price aswell, your paying $12-$14 for a salad, and your not getting much, I understand that they are organic, however charging that price is too much! Also the owner seemed like she was all over the place seemed like the place was very unorganized. Don't get me wrong its a nice place for kids to play and have fun, but thats about it!
The space and play area are great. They have outfitted the restaurant with really wonderful toys for children of all ages; however the food and service were very poor. I went there on 2 occasions and both times it was less than satisfactory. Service is very slow as there wasn't enough staff and the food was barely adequate. I went a second time since my toddler enjoyed the play are so much and I thought I would give it another chance, but it was very disappointing. The service was very slow again and the food was cold and only marginally satisfactory. There were several other patrons who returned their food stating that the soup or lasagna was cold. Great concept. The food looks great but the portions are small and the quality is just not there. Not good value.
