Good pizza, Baaad delivery.

I've ordered from this establishment a few times, and all the time the pizza has been great! But the delivery quite frankly sucks. When they say 30 minutes for delivery add an hour and half to it, then you got your pizza. The thing that bothers me the most is the dishonesty. Why tell me that pizza will be here in 30 minutes when they know very well that they can't deliver on time. Just let me know the truth, i would be glad to wait. When i called them to ask where my pizza was, the person on the phone seemed like she didn't know how to talk or like she was being couched on what to say. Understandable, she might have been an trainee. But if that is the case, then all you need to say is, please excuse me, i am in training. Saves the confusion. She did apologize for the pizza being late, which i am sure thay are trained to do since all their pizzas are always delivered late. Also there are things like Map Quest available on the net to find the directions to get to an address that you may not know. That's not rocket science. Another thing about dishonesty, the delivery driver was about to walk off with my Debit card in his machine after he looked at my pin number. That's a red alert. Be careful when ordering from here. Good pizza, but i don't think they know what Dhesi style means. Delivered on india time. What is India time you ask? India time is whenever they want it to be delivered, anytime, as long as it's not on time.

Only for the wings

We live in Queensborough so we have been ordering from this restaurant for years, mostly out of desperation (few restaurants deliver to Queensborough).

Overall it's usually a disappointment. The pizzas are thin and greasy, they smell good when you open the box but once you eat a slice the taste just isn't there. The sauce is bland and they skimp on the toppings.

Delivery service is reliable, although occasionally they will give you the wrong pizza.

The only thing we get from here now is the chicken wings. My husband likes the hot wings because they are really, really cooked (some places don't cook them enough) and very spicy. Make sure you pick them up, though, because they will charge you $2 for delivery if you just get the wings (even if you order a lot of them).

Purely Awesome Pizza

The pizza, is wonderful, it is among one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. Some times the delivery takes a while, but it's well worth the wait, and on top of being the best pizza, it's also the best price.

I haven't tried the pasta or wings yet, but if the deliciousness of the pizza is any indication, then I can't wait to try.

I highly recommend it.
