We ordered from here at about 10:30 at night, the delivery guy shows up around 11... his debit machine doesn't work. But instead of calling back into the restaraunt to report it, he says he'll be back "soon" with one that works. NOPE. 30 minutes later I call the restaraunt, they send someone else (who was actually quite nice). I call to complain about the delay and the guy on the phone says we can have a refund. When telling us someone would be by to void my charge, he forgot to mention it wasn't going to happen! They closed and no one bothered calling to tell us that no one would be coming by, apparently they don't care that we have to be up in the morning!
AWFUL service. never ordering here again.... my favorite part though was when the dispatchers appology was "I'm sorry, our delivery men aren't always very smart... what do you expect?"
