Milli's was a weird experience. The restaurant seems to lack an idenity. It is Lebanese selling itself as Mexican... serving an Italian food item (among an area with seemingly a dozen other pizza chains).

The food, quality wise, is quite good---the falafel especially so.

Service however is incredibly slow; and, at the heat/peak of lunch time, it is very dead---every neighbouring restaurant is packed with people. On one particular occasion, the sole employee was a friend of the owners who didn't know her way through the kitchen. A one minute sausage sandwich took over half an hour for the woman to prepare and no one else customer-wise was in there.

The decor, like the restaurant's identity, is also mixed and a tad tacky. I should also note, for a Lebanese establishment (in theory) it neither serves a good Arabic coffee or any traditional Arabic or Levantine tea I'm accustomed to.

In essence, Milli's could use work.
