Every batch of our superpremium ice cream is homemade, and we hand-roll our freshly baked waffle cones in each store. As for mixins, we offer only the freshest fruits, the finest nuts, the sweetest candies, and the yummiest cookies around. So whatever your order, you can be sure it’s fresh and filled with fabulous flavor.
Have been to other Marble slabs before, having always enjoyed what I ordered and always having really great and friendly service. There were two people working and a couple customers getting ready to leave when we arrived. We made our choices and informed the guy behind the counter. He had to look to see what the ingredients were for what we ordered. They were out of the ice cream for the choice that hubby made and the boy mumbled this under the sound of the fans. I had to explain to hubby that he had to make another choice. He made hubby's second choice and then asked me again what mine was, he had forgotten.
I had the snicker-doodle (snickers with caramel and white ice cream). It was not impressive. Overall, $13 for two medium ice creams was neither worth the ice cream nor the service.
Armed with a 2 for 1 coupon, we stopped by on Saturday for a couple of cones. I've had their cakes before, which are delicious, but never a cone with mixin, so I was really looking forward to this!
The ice cream is delicious, no doubt about it. Because they work the ice cream, it's just slightly melted, which is awesome. Cones are made in-store and are fantastic.
I love that this location is nice and clean. Music was a nice touch. Staff were all teenagers, who did a fine job of explaining the concept, how to order, and such, but were eager for their shifts to end.
Value is non-existant. $7 for a large cone and one mixin? Ouch. Certified organic ice cream costs less.
This location arbitrarily decided to change the terms of the 2 for 1 coupon we had. It stated we could buy 1 cones with 1 mixin and get another one free of equal or lesser value. The staff at this location informed us that the free cone could ONLY be a small. This was not stated on the coupon.
I wouldn't return to this location, but might try another one when the craving strikes.
